Vintage 1940s Factory Original Effanbee 15" Dy-Dee Jane Dress and Sweater Set.
 
Darling hand-knit sweater and bonnet set (will include note that was attached to the set when purchased); lovingly made for some little Dy-Dee Mama's baby to keep her warm in chilly weather.
 
Dress is one of several of the same design I have available in my shop. This one was altered at the back, presumably by the same thoughtful woman who made the sweater set, to open all the way down to ease dressing Dy-Dee. Closes at the back with tiny hand-sewn silver snaps.
 
Both sweater set and dress are in excellent condition -- vibrant coloring and ready for display or play!
