Vintage 1930s Factory Original MINT in BOX Effanbee 15" Dy-Dee Dress Set -- White Organdy with embroidered trim and lace.
This is a Dy-Dee baby gown, as many young babies wore in the '30s. This is a beautiful and RARE Dy-Dee layette dress from the earliest years. Gown has embroidered flowers at the lower hemline, a matching 'baby cap' style bonnet with the same embroidery; the full underslip has matching embroidered flowers just under the chinline. Both dress and slip close at the back with tiny silver hand-sewn snaps. The bonnet has pink and blue silk ties.
PRISTINE boxed set had never been on a doll until today's photography session, and is perfectly gorgeous and breathtaking. I imagine it would make any holiday a success for your dear one.
