Gorgeous 1930s Effanbee 20" Dy-Dee Lou Mold 1 Baby Doll in her 3-drawer wooden trunk~
 
This is the BEST of the BEST of the Dy-Dee Lou dolls I have offered... and she comes with her original Dy-Dee 3-drawer trunk that is also the BEST of the BEST I have ever encountered.
 
From my curated personal collection... this trunk is PRISTINE but for a small 1" square piece of the paper covering missing at one top corner of the lid, and one square 1" spot near the other end of the top of the lid... that's it! No stains, no odors, no marks. Bright and vibrant Dy-Dee classic graphics on the inside of the lid are perfect. All drawer pulls are sturdy and intact. All drawers are immaculate. A MINT/pristine pink organdy ruffled pad nestles inside... ready to lay baby down inside to store safely, or, plenty of room to display baby with the lid open while dressed in her finery. You WILL NOT find a finer trunk anywhere.
 
Another of my very favored Dy-Dee dolls... this beautiful baby is the closest to MINT condition as I have had over the past 25 years. NO RESTORATION. Perfect smooth, even coloring to her rubber body with no dryness at all. She comes with her trunk LOADED with dresses, snow suit, a 'minty' pair of footed signature Dy-Dee drop seat pajamas, sweater set, booties, Esmond blanket, toys, accessories and Dy-Dee diapering essentials.
 
She is an outstanding example of this most highly desired size in the Dy-Dee doll lineup. Dy-Dee dolls came in a 9", 11", 13" and 15" size, as well as this lovely girl baby, sized like a REAL infant. Like all Dy-Dee babies, she is heavily weighted with a premium quality rubber body that has withstood the test of time, for several generations now. This baby's rubber body is SUPERB with NO crazing, no cracking, no dryness... no problems at all; it is even-toned and soft and supple... go ahead -- dress baby all day long with no worries.
